October 10, 2007Wala pang kalahating oras ng pagpapahinga mula sa trabaho, naudlot ang pahinga ko ng mga nakakairitang 'meow' na nagmumula sa labas ng aming bahay. Habang papanaog, naisip ko na marahil nagtapon nanaman ng pagkain si manang sa bakanteng lote sa harap ng bahay at iyon siguro ang pinagpipiyestahan ng mga pusa. Posible din na nagpapatutsadan lang sila gaya ng dati. Unang araw ng Zaido noon at malapit na itong magsimula, pero hindi ako ganun kausisa. Di tulad ng unang araw ng Darna na kung saan ay lumabas pa ako ng building para maghanap ng kainan na may t.v. dahil pang-gabi ako noon sa call center.

Namutla ako nang masilayan kong nakakulumpon ang maraming pusa sa ilalim ng harap na bahagi ng aking sasakyan. Pinaglalamayan nila ang patay na kuting, at sa posisyon nito hindi maikakaila na gulong ko ang kumitil ng buhay ng kuting. Naalala ko ang mga pelikulang pilipino na kung saan ang bida, imbis na mapisa pag nasagasaan ng pison, ito ay lumalapad. Mantakin mo nangyayari pala iyon sa tunay na buhay.
Ang nakakairitang 'meow' ay panaghoy pala para sa katarungan.
